How to Enable the Feature
Step 1: Access the Application Settings
Log in to the Shopify Admin panel.
Open the Easy Subscription application.
Click Features from the application navigation.
Step 2: Open Customer Portal Settings
From the Features list, select Customer Portal.
Review the available Customer Portal configurations.
Step 3: Enable Order Note Update During Product Swapping
Locate Update Subscription Order Note During Product Swapping.
Click the feature to enable or manage it.
Save the configuration if required.
How Customers Use This Feature
Step 1: Access the Customer Portal
Customers log in to the Customer Portal from the storefront.
They navigate to their active subscription.
Step 2: Swap a Product in the Subscription
Customers select the option to swap an existing subscription product.
During the swapping process, an order note input field is displayed.
Step 3: Add or Update the Order Note
Customers enter delivery instructions or other relevant notes.
The order note is saved along with the product swap.
The updated note is applied to the subscription order.
