Introduction
Bulk Reschedule allows merchants to update the dispatch date for multiple subscription orders at the same time.This feature is used when orders cannot be fulfilled as originally scheduled due to delays or inventory issues.
By applying a new schedule in bulk, subscriptions are paused for a defined period and resumed on the selected date.

How to Use Bulk Reschedule
Step 1: Access the Subscription List
Log in to the Shopify admin portal.
Open the Easy Subscription app.
Click Subscriptions to view all subscription orders.
Step 2: Select Subscriptions in Bulk
On the Subscriptions page, locate the checkbox on the left side of the ID column.
Use the checkbox to select all required subscription orders.
Step 3: Apply Bulk Reschedule
After selecting subscriptions, click Reschedule with Bulk at the top of the list.
A date selection dialog box opens.
Select the new dispatch date based on operational requirements.
Click Apply to confirm the update.
The selected subscriptions will now dispatch according to the new schedule.
Best Practice
Use Bulk Reschedule only when fulfillment delays affect multiple subscriptions.
Review selected subscriptions carefully before applying changes.
Communicate schedule changes to customers if required.
