Introduction

Bulk Price Update allows merchants to update prices for multiple existing subscription orders at the same time.

This feature applies to orders that are already created and scheduled in the system.

It helps maintain pricing accuracy when adjustments are required after orders enter the queue.

Why It Matters

Price changes may be required due to cost adjustments, corrections, or updated agreements.

Bulk Price Update reduces manual effort by applying price changes across multiple orders simultaneously.

This ensures consistency and minimizes the risk of pricing errors.

How to Use Bulk Price Update

Step 1: Access the Subscription Orders

  • Log in to the Shopify admin portal

  • Open the Easy Subscription app

  • Click Subscription to view all subscription orders

Step 2: Select Orders

  • Locate the ID column on the left side of the list

  • Use the checkboxes to select the required orders

  • Select all orders if a full bulk update is required

Step 3: Update Prices

  • Click Bulk Price Update from the top-right corner

  • A price column opens with the selected order IDs

  • Update the price values as required

Step 4: Apply Changes

  • Review the updated prices

  • Click Apply to save the changes

Best Practice

  • Review selected orders carefully before applying price changes

  • Confirm updated prices align with current product or subscription terms

  • Perform bulk updates during low operational activity to avoid confusion
