The Next Order Reschedule feature allows merchants to change the scheduled date of an upcoming subscription order.
This option is used when delivery dates must be adjusted due to operational, customer, or inventory-related reasons.

How to Reschedule the Next Order
Step 1: Access Shopify Admin
Log in to the Shopify Admin panel.
Navigate to Subscriptions.
Step 2: Open the Subscription
The subscription list page displays all active subscriptions.
Click on the subscription order you want to reschedule.
Step 3: Select the Upcoming Product
Scroll down to view the list of Upcoming Products.
Click on the product that requires rescheduling.
On the right side, click the three-dot menu.
Step 4: Reschedule the Order
Select Reschedule.
Choose the new date for the upcoming order.
Confirm the change.
Best Practice
Review the new delivery date before confirming changes.
Inform customers in advance if the reschedule affects their expected delivery timeline.
