How to Manage Product Swapping
Step 1: Access the Subscription Order
Log in to the Shopify Admin portal
Open the Easy Subscription app
Click Subscriptions to view all active orders
Select the order you want to update
Step 2: Edit the Product
On the order page, click the three-dot menu on the right side
Select Edit Product
Step 3: Swap the Product
On the product page, click the three-dot menu again
Select Swap
The Product Swap panel will open
Choose the replacement product
Click Swap to confirm
