Introduction
The Shipping Address Update feature allows merchants to change the delivery method for an active subscription order. This ensures that orders are delivered or collected according to updated customer or operational requirements.
Merchants can switch between available fulfillment options directly from the subscription order details.

Updating the shipping method helps merchants manage delivery preferences accurately. It supports flexibility when fulfillment requirements change after an order is created. This reduces delivery errors and improves order handling efficiency.
How to Use Shipping Address Update
Step 1: Access the Subscription Order
Log in to the Shopify admin portal.
Open the Easy Subscription app.
Click on Subscriptions.
Select the required active subscription or order.
Step 2: Open Shipping Address Settings
On the order detail page, locate the Shipping Address section on the right side.
Click on the shipping address to open the update option.
Step 3: Update the Shipping Method
Click on Update Shipping.
Select one of the following options:
Local Delivery: Use when delivering locally without store pickup.
Pick Up: Use when the customer will collect the order from the store.
Shipping: Use for standard shipping delivery.
Confirm the selected option to apply the change.
Best Practice
Review the selected shipping method before confirming changes.
Inform customers when the fulfillment method is updated to avoid confusion.
