How to View Activity Logs

Step 1: Access the Easy Subscription App

  • Log in to the Shopify admin portal

  • Open the Easy Subscription app

  • Click on Subscription to view all active subscriptions and orders

Step 2: Open a Subscription Order

  • Select any order from the subscription list

  • The order details page will open

Step 3: View Activity Logs

  • Click on More Actions on the right side of the order page

  • Select View Activity

Step 4: Review Order Activity

  • View the complete activity history for the selected order

  • Review logged actions, including:

    • Delivery dates

    • Billing dates

    • Order-related updates
