How to View Activity Logs
Step 1: Access the Easy Subscription App
Log in to the Shopify admin portal
Open the Easy Subscription app
Click on Subscription to view all active subscriptions and orders
Step 2: Open a Subscription Order
Select any order from the subscription list
The order details page will open
Step 3: View Activity Logs
Click on More Actions on the right side of the order page
Select View Activity
Step 4: Review Order Activity
View the complete activity history for the selected order
Review logged actions, including:
Delivery dates
Billing dates
Order-related updates
