Introduction
The Write Review Form allows customers to submit reviews directly on a product page. It enables customers to provide a star rating, written feedback, and optionally upload images or videos if media upload is enabled.
This feature helps merchants collect structured product feedback and display customer opinions within the store.

How to Use / Manage
Step 1: Access the App
Log in to the Shopify Dashboard
Click on the Trusty & Review App
In the left panel, click Review Widget
Step 2: Activate Write Review Form
Locate Write Review Form
Click to enable or activate the feature
Step 3: Add the Review Form to the Theme
Go to Online Store
Click Edit Theme
Open the relevant product template
Click Add Block under the section area
Select Review Form
Save the changes
The Write Review Form will now appear on the selected product page.

Place the Write Review Form below product details for better visibility
Enable media uploads only if moderation is actively managed
Review submitted content regularly to maintain content quality
