How to Use / Manage

Step 1: Access the App

  • Log in to the Shopify Admin dashboard

  • Open the Trusty & Review app

  • In the left panel, click Review Widget

Step 2: Open Write Review Form Settings

  • Locate Write Review Form

  • Click on it

  • Select the Customization option

Step 3: Configure Customization Options

You can manage the following settings:

  • Form layout and structure

  • Color settings

  • Design elements

  • Field visibility options

Review each section and update the configuration based on your store requirements.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click Save after making updates

  • Review the form on your storefront to confirm changes
