Introduction

The Branding section allows merchants to customize how review elements appear across the storefront and in review request communications.

This includes modifying the rating icon shape and adding a brand logo for review request emails.

Brand consistency improves recognition and ensures that review interactions align with store identity.

Customizing rating icons and adding a store logo ensures that review engagement reflects your brand standards.

How to Manage Branding

Step 1: Access the App

  • Log in to the Shopify Dashboard

  • Click on the Trusty & Review App

  • Open Settings

  • Select Branding

Step 2: Update Rating Icon Shape

Under the Icon Shape section:

  • Select the preferred rating pattern

  • Available options include:

    • Star

    • Heart

    • Circle

The selected shape will apply to rating displays across the storefront.

Step 3: Add Store Logo for Review Requests

To include your brand logo in review request emails:

  • Locate the Store Logo URL field

  • Paste the direct URL of your brand image

  • Save changes

The image will appear in customer review request communications.

Best Practice

  • Use a high-resolution logo with a transparent background

  • Ensure the image URL is publicly accessible

  • Select an icon shape that aligns with your store theme

  • Review branding changes on the storefront after saving
