How to Manage Branding
Step 1: Access the App
Log in to the Shopify Dashboard
Click on the Trusty & Review App
Open Settings
Select Branding
Step 2: Update Rating Icon Shape
Under the Icon Shape section:
Select the preferred rating pattern
Available options include:
Star
Heart
Circle
The selected shape will apply to rating displays across the storefront.
Step 3: Add Store Logo for Review Requests
To include your brand logo in review request emails:
Locate the Store Logo URL field
Paste the direct URL of your brand image
Save changes
The image will appear in customer review request communications.
