Introduction
The Manual Review Request feature allows merchants to send individual review request emails to selected customers.
This feature is used when a merchant wants to request a product review outside the automated review request sequence. It provides control over recipient selection and email content before sending.

Manual Review Request supports targeted engagement.
It allows merchants to:
Request reviews for specific orders
Follow up with selected customers
Manage communication timing
Personalize review request emails when needed
This helps maintain review quality and supports accurate customer feedback collection.
How to Use Manual Review Request
Step 1: Access the Review Request Section
Log in to your Shopify Dashboard
Open the Trusty & Review App
Click on Review Request
You will see three options:
Review Request Sequence
Manual Review Request
Review Request History
Step 2: Select Manual Review Request
Click on Manual Review Request
Click on Select Customer
Choose the customer you want to send the review request to
Only eligible orders will be available for selection.
Step 3: Review and Customize the Email Template
A pre-generated email template will be available
Review the email content before sending
Update the subject line or message body if required
Send the review request email
Important Notes
Manual Review Request works only for fulfilled orders
Orders that are not fulfilled will not be eligible
Review requests can be tracked under Review Request History
