This feature helps merchants manage customer review collection without manual intervention. Once configured, the process runs automatically according to the selected schedule.

How to Use Review Request Sequence

Step 1: Access the Application

  • Log in to the Shopify Admin dashboard

  • Navigate to Trusty & Review App

  • Click on Review Widget

Step 2: Open Email Sequence Settings

  • Select Email Sequence Timeline

  • Review the current schedule configuration

Step 3: Configure the Timeline

  • Define the number of days after order completion to send the email

  • Adjust intervals between follow-up emails if applicable

  • Save the updated timeline settings

Emails will automatically deploy based on the defined schedule.

Step 4: Customize the Email Template

  • Access the email template editor within the sequence settings

  • Update subject line and email content as required

  • Maintain clear and professional messaging

  • Save changes before exiting

All scheduled emails will use the updated template.

Best Practice

  • Set the first review request after confirmed product delivery

  • Avoid sending multiple reminders within short intervals

  • Review email content periodically for clarity and accuracy

  • Monitor performance using Review Request History
