Introduction

The Reviews section allows the merchant to control which customer reviews are published on the storefront. All submitted reviews are stored in one centralized location for review and moderation.

This feature supports quality control by allowing the merchant to approve or withhold specific reviews before they become publicly visible.

Review moderation helps the merchant:

  • Maintain accurate and relevant product feedback

  • Prevent inappropriate or duplicate content from being published

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance

  • Manage customer sentiment effectively

How to Use Reviews Management

Step 1: Access the Application

  • Log in to the Shopify Admin dashboard

  • Open the Trusty & Review App

Step 2: Navigate to Manage Reviews

  • Click on Manage Reviews

  • The system will display all submitted reviews in one place

Step 3: Publish or Withhold Reviews

  • Review the list of submitted entries

  • Select the review you want to publish

  • Approve the review to make it visible on the storefront

  • Leave unapproved reviews unpublished

Changes are applied based on the selection made by the merchant.

Best Practice

  • Review new submissions regularly

  • Approve genuine and relevant feedback

  • Monitor reviews to maintain accurate product representation
