The Reviews section allows the merchant to control which customer reviews are published on the storefront. All submitted reviews are stored in one centralized location for review and moderation.
This feature supports quality control by allowing the merchant to approve or withhold specific reviews before they become publicly visible.

How to Use Reviews Management
Step 1: Access the Application
Log in to the Shopify Admin dashboard
Open the Trusty & Review App
Step 2: Navigate to Manage Reviews
Click on Manage Reviews
The system will display all submitted reviews in one place
Step 3: Publish or Withhold Reviews
Review the list of submitted entries
Select the review you want to publish
Approve the review to make it visible on the storefront
Leave unapproved reviews unpublished
Changes are applied based on the selection made by the merchant.
