Use these tips when writing your prompt so our EasyCoach can create the most effective roleplay for your learners.
1) Clearly define the roles
Start with: The AI plays [role]. The learner plays [role]. This removes ambiguity and sets expectations right away.
2) Describe the scenario briefly
In 2-3 sentences, explain what’s happening, why the conversation matters, and the challenge the learner needs to handle.
3) Set the AI’s attitude
Describe the AI’s overall attitude (for example: skeptical, cooperative, defensive). One word is enough.
4) Define the conversation goals
List 2–3 clear skills the learner should practice, such as handling objections or de-escalating tension.

General guidelines
General guidelines
Avoid vague language: Replace generic phrases like “handle it professionally” with specific guidance, such as “address the complaint without being defensive.”
Use “you” carefully: Make it clear whether “you” refers to the learner or the AI.
Avoid internal jargon: Write prompts that make sense without company-specific terms or context.
Refine after creating: Review the generated roleplay and adjust tone, resistance level, or scenarios if needed.
