Create and export your EasyVideo projects in multiple languages. With EasyTranslate built into EasyVideo, you can translate your video content and generate language-specific versions—so you can scale training across regions without rebuilding videos.
How to translate your video
Open your EasyVideo project
Go to the EasyTranslate icon and click Add translations
Select one or more languages to translate your video into.
Generate language versions
EasyVideo will create a separate version of your project for each selected language. Each version includes:
• Translated script
• Translated on-screen text
• Localized AI/avatar voice
Switch between languages to review the content, make edits, or delete any language version if needed.
Click on "Generate video" to export the videos — each version will be a separate MP4 video file.
• Here you can also select the languages you want to export.
Why is this useful
If you’re creating content for a global audience, localization is essential — but traditionally time-consuming. One-click localization removes that barrier by translating your entire video (not just subtitles) and giving you ready-to-use versions instantly.
This is especially valuable for enterprise teams operating in multilingual environments, where consistent and scalable training across regions is critical.
A few things to keep in mind
Translated versions are saved as separate files in your course media library
Text length may vary across languages, so layouts can shift slightly
Updating translations will overwrite existing translated versions and remove any manual edits
