You can become an investor by signing up for an investment account in minutes.

If you class yourself as a High Net Worth investor, Self Certified Sophisticated investor, Investment professional or an Advised investor, you can invest as much as you are comfortable with in one of our regular accounts, but you may need to pay tax depending on your individual circumstances.

If you class yourself as a Restricted investor, then you should invest no more than 10% of your disposable assets.

You also have the option to open an Innovative Finance ISA where you can invest up to £20,000 tax-free, each financial year or you can transfer all or part of an existing ISA portfolio to easyMoney.

Click or Tap the 'Create Account' button if you would like to make your first investment.

Good to know

The Financial Conduct Authority have introduced an appropriateness test to make sure this type of investment is right for you.

You’ll also need to confrim the type of investor you are in line with their categories. How you answer won’t affect how we treat you at easyMoney and you can always get in touch with the team if you have any questions.

As part of our sign up process, you'll be asked to provide a few personal details and you might need to share proof of identification.

Verification can sometimes be done instantly but in some cases we may need you to provide us with a copy of your driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement. If any of these documents are required, you will be sent a link to upload documents via a secure portal.
