Overview
Easy Protection allows you to add shipping protection products to your customers’ carts. To prevent customers from purchasing the shipping protection product alone without a physical product, you can create a Checkout Rule that blocks checkout when the protection product is added separately.
Follow the steps below to set up this rule.
Step 1: Navigate to Shopify admin checkout settings and checkout rules section
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout > Checkout rules section
Step 2: Active Easy Protection checkout validation rule
On the Checkout rules section, click add rule
Select Easy Checkout Vaildation and click it
Enter a rule name, switch the rule status to Active, and make sure to click Save. The checkout validation will take effect automatically.
