After you’re done with a retrospective, you can easily turn your public board into a private board by archiving it. When you archive a board, it will become private automatically.

Note: Only the creator of a board will be able to access its archived boards. And the boards won't be accessible by anyone with the URL anymore.

You can also make your public board private by adding a password to your board. In this way, only those who have the password will be able to access your public board. Click here to learn how to add/remove a password to your board.

Here are the steps you need to follow to turn a public board into a private board:

Step 1. On your Dashboard page choose the board you want to turn private. Click on the 3 dots icon (ellipsis)

Step 2. Now select the option “Archive”

Final Step. After clicking on "Archive", you’re going to see a message that says: “Are you sure you want to archive it? This board will only be accessible by you”.

Now click on the “Yes, archive it!” button to archive and turn your public board into a private board.

To check your archived boards, first, access your Dashboard page. After that, select the option "Yes Show archived/deleted".
