You can search for recipes by clicking "Swap" on any meal tile and then searching with "Search Foods and Recipes." EatLove will display options that meet your nutritional requirements and your taste preferences.

You can also search through EatLove's entire database of recipes in the "Recipe Search" page, which you can access through the triple-bar icon in the top right corner on the dashboard.
