Besides total calories, we  provide information on other nutrients such as total fat, added sugar, protein, carbs, fiber, sodium, and saturated fat. Furthermore, we also include the serving numbers for vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins. 

According the 2015 Dietary Guidelines, Americans fall short on reaching their fruit and vegetable requirements. At EatLove, we want to empower our uses to reach these goals. We are the only site to provide this information at the recipe, meal plan, and weekly level.
