As your clients use the food log, they will see their daily totals at the top that include nutrients and their targets from their plan or goal they selected (ie. general healthy eating, weight loss, diabetes, ect..) and any additional nutrients added by their nutrition provider.

The colors represent how they are doing with the log over the course of the day. If a nutrient is in WHITE that means they meet the minimum requirements for that nutrient, are within range, or have exceeded the target of desirable nutrients and food groups. Nutrients and food groups like vitamins, minerals, fiber, fruits, vegetable, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins will appear white if meeting at least the minimum requirement.

The ORANGE represents a nutrient goal that is either UNDER or OVER the target meaning it is outside the minimums and/or maximums set by the template or the nutrition provider. While the list above will appear white if minimum requirements are met, they be ORANGE if they are not. Additionally, less desirable nutrients like saturated fat, sodium, added sugars, and others will appear ORANGE if the maximum daily recommendation is exceeded.

*Please note: if safe mode is enabled, your clients will not see any nutrition information anywhere in the log or app experience.
