Within a patient's profile, click "Meal Planning" Click "Recommend to [Patient Name]" to recommend the meal plan to your patient.

Review the meal plan and click "Recommend to [Patient Name]" once more.

EatLove will prompt you to enter an optional message for your patient. Click "Send" to send the meal plan to your patient.

Then, you can print or save a copy of the meal plan as a PDF.
