How to reactivate a patient?

Trying to find a deactivated patient?

If one of your previous patients would like to be reactivated, please follow the instructions below as you will not be able to re-add the patient from the + Patient flow since their email address is already in the system.

  1. Go to your Patient page on EatLove PRO.

  2. Go to the SHOW ME button and select "Deactivated patients" from the dropdown.

  3. Search for your patient's profile, select and click on the "Re-activate" button in their profile.
