Why isn't the meal plan I created for my client showing up in their meal feed?

As a PRO user, you can create and share meal plans with your clients. However, these meal plans aren't automatically scheduled in your client's account. Clients will receive their meal plan and have the option to schedule them.

Note: Clients can access all prescribed meal plans by clicking on the tab for Nutrition Prescription within the triple-bar menu.

Why don't we automatically schedule the plans? Because clients may have already planned their meals for the week or gone grocery shopping for ingredients. It could be confusing and frustrating for clients to login to their account and see changes to their feed that they weren't aware of.

Once a client schedules the prescribed meal plan, you will be able to see the scheduled meals in the Meal Planning tab of the client's account. Keep in mind that clients can swap out meals in the prescribed plan to match their preferences and mood. You will also see any auto-populated meals that our system recommends that match your client's nutrition prescription.

Within the Meal Planning tab, you may also see a message that your client doesn't have any upcoming meals. If your client does not return to EatLove, then the scheduled meals won't change and our system won't auto-generate meals recommendations. Once they log back in, our system can provide meal recommendations or clients can schedule/reschedule prescribed meal plans.
