Deactivate removes your client from your active list and removes access to their EatLove login/app. You would deactivate someone if they are no longer working with you and you do not anticipate working together in the immediate future. This action will also clear up a seat in your account to add a new client.

Other helpful account status actions include:

  • Expired - best used if a client is on pause for a short period of time. Their access to their profile is limited and they will receive prompts to reach out to you to continue their care.

  • Unfollow - best used in multiple provider practices in the case of covering a caseload while another provider is away. We do not recommend unfollowing patients if they are still in your care as they are still taking up an active client seat.
