Expired is an internal notice for you as the provider to either renew your patients access or deactivate them from your account. You do not want patients sitting in expired for two reasons:

  1. While access is limited, they can still access and use their EatLove account.

  2. Even if you are no longer working together, they are still taking up a client seat in your practice and you are paying for their access.

If they are no longer working with their patient, you would want to fully deactivate them from your practice which will clear up the client seat and remove their access entirely from EatLove.
