Why haven't meals updated for my client after changing their profile?

If you are your client makes any changes to their profile or nutrition rx, the next time they are in EatLove, they will receive a pop-up to confirm the changes. This pop-up reads to either "CHANGE MY MEALS" or "KEEP MY MEALS AS PLANNED".

In order for meals and preferences to update they MUST select "CHANGE MY MEALS". This will remove all future meals scheduled.

However, if they have done their grocery shopping already and wish for the changes to take place after the current week, they can decline those changes and 'KEEP MY MEALS AS PLANNED". This means the changes will not take place until a later date but are preprogrammed to update after the future scheduled meals are in the past.

Please note: There could be 3-4 weeks of preplanned meals so clients may have to clear the week to accelerate the changes if they do not want to wait out the planned meals prior to changes.

Tutorial on how to clear future meals. Click on the expanded view > sideways ... for a day > "clear the next 7 days" > Repeat as needed
