If your guests did not cancel on the platform and didn't attend the event, don't worry - you will still receive the payment accordingly (unless you are happy for them to be refunded - in which case please let us know at support@eatwith.com). 

According to our cancellation policy, guests will not be refunded if they cancel within 48hrs before the event or if they simply don't turn up.

However, if a host cancels at any time the guests will be refunded.
