1. Log in to the Eatwith website

Click here and log in to the website using the credentials you received following your partner account creation. Once you’re logged in, you can click on your name in the top right corner to access your profile, your Eatwith inbox, your bookings, your wishlist of saved events and update your password.

2. Search for a destination

From the Eatwith homepage, you can search for your clients’ city or country of choice. Enter a date and number of seats needed for relevant search results. Once you arrive on the results page, you can add extra filters to your search - just click on the “Show all filters” on the right of the filter bar.

3. Learn more about the experiences

Once you’ve found an experience you're interested in, click on the experience to see past attendee reviews, menu details, description, place and amenities information and photos.

4. Book the perfect experience

There are 3 simple ways to book an Eatwith experience:

  • Request a booking 

The host has already planned an event on the selected date. Simply add the number of seats (guests) you’d like to book and send a booking request. The host will confirm your booking within 72 hours.

  • Instant Booking 

This booking method is only available for certain events and hosts. You can find them by checking for the green icon (see below) beside the experience price. When you book seats using Instant Booking, your booking is automatically confirmed, you do not need to wait for host confirmation.

  • Request a date

If you’d like to book seats for a date that isn’t available in the host’s calendar, you can request that the date be opened for your clients. Dates already available for booking are highlighted in green, requestable dates are the dates in black. Please note that grey dates can not be requested. If you’d like to request a date, simply choose the date, the number of guests and send a request. The host will get back to you with 72 hours.

5. You're all set! 

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a PDF that you can send to your clients. It contains all the information they need to attend the event, such as the host’s exact location, start and end time of the event, etc.
