• If a reservation is cancelled by a guest at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the event, the guest is entitled to a reimbursement of the full reservation amount and the host shall not be paid any of the reservation amount.
  • If a reservation is cancelled by a guest less than 48 hours before the start time of the event, then the guest shall not be entitled to any return, credit or reimbursement. Hosts will be paid the full seat of the booking. 
  • In case a host cancels a guest’s reservation, the guest will be refunded the full reservation amount such guest has paid to Eatwith. 

--> The guest's refund will be processed as soon as the cancellation has been made, and it usually takes between 2 to 10+ working days for the refund to reach the guest's bank account (depending on the guest's bank). If it takes longer than 10+ days to appear on the guest's statement, the guest should contact their bank for assistance.
