As a host, you can cancel a booking up to 24hrs prior to your event. You can do so two ways:
via your conversation with the guest (Inbox → Cancel booking or My Guests & Bookings → Confirmed bookings → Contact → Cancel booking): (VIDEO)

Guests can also cancel their booking via their conversation with you or through their Reservations.
