How to make resumes, headshots, and bios available to your voters

Candidate profiles are a convenient way to give your voters more information about a candidate. You can upload headshots, add a resume or brief bio, plus any links you think might help your voters make an informed decision.

If you're uploading headshots and bios along with your candidate names, follow these instructions:

  • Click on the Questions tab of your ballot

  • Fill out the necessary information for your question (e.g. Chairman, President, Vice-President, etc.) and click Save

  • Click Add Choice and choose the Candidate option

  • Add details such as candidate name, image, and resume. Use the tools to add hyperlinks and format the resume. 

    • The maximum size of candidate photos (e.g. headshots) is 240 x 240 px. If they are larger than this, they will not upload.

  • Click Save

If you're not uploading headshots and bios, you should add multiple candidates at once:

  • Click on the Questions tab of your ballot.

  • Fill out the necessary information for your question title (e.g. Chairman, President, Vice-President, etc.) and click Save

  • Scroll down and click Add Choice.

  • Choose the Add Multiple Candidates option.

  • Enter each candidate name in the format of First Name Last Name, each in a new line.

  • When you are done click Save Changes.
