Types of ballots and their definitions

You'll find a complete list of your ballots on your Dashboard.

Ballot Types

Under Construction Ballots

  • These ballots are the ones you're still working on. They can be edited, viewed, and tested.

  • They're not live yet, so feel free to customize and test the ballots with confidence!

Active Ballots

  • These are your voting events that are live, so they cannot be edited or changed.

  • Voters are able to log in and vote on them the moment you make them active.

Archived Ballots

  • These are past ballots that have closed or those that you are no longer working on.

Final Results for Completed Ballots

The results of your vote are available in the Reports tab of the ballot. You can also select the Reports icon (it looks like a bar graph) from the Dashboard.
