If your voter forgot the password they setup or don't have their access code, it’s easy to create a new one.

How the voter would Reset their Access Code

  • Direct them to your voter login screen (the URL will be something like https://www.eballot.io/ YOUR-ORGANIZATION), if they click Reset Access Code and follow the prompts that come up they will be emailed from our system.

  • Have them check their email and follow those instructions on how to reset their Password
