The maximum size of candidate photos (e.g. headshots) is 240 x 240 px. If they are larger than this, they will not upload.
If you’re on a Mac, you can use the Preview app to open and image and resize it
For Windows users, you can use Paint
There are also many other free, third-party apps out there to alter your image
