Instead of starting to build a ballot from scratch, you're able to make a copy of an older ballot. Copying a ballot will imports its Settings and Questions.
How to Copy a Ballot
Create a new ballot and click Copy Ballot
Choose the ballot you want to copy from the Select Ballot drop-down menu. Then, click the button Copy Properties from the above Selected Election
At this point, the Settings and Questions of the older ballot have been copied into your new ballot. You will still need to import your voters onto the new ballot.
