Voters can be added to a live ballot.
A new voter must first be added to the master voter list.
Voters can be added by uploading a voter list or by adding them in manually. Click here for guidance on uploading a voter list.
To add voters in manually, click on Voters > Add Voter
Fill out the relevant fields.
Click Add.
To import a single voter to the ballot
Click on Voters > Import
Fill out any of the search fields.
To multiple new voters to the ballot
Click on Voters > Import > Search
50 voters are added at a time.
Repeat the process to import more than 50 voters to the ballot.
Voter emails can be sent to newly added voters via an Email campaign or through an individual voter email.
