To send voter emails to test voters, create a copy of the ballot.

Create a new ballot and click on Copy Ballot.

● Use the drop-down menu to select the ballot to copy and click on Copy Properties from the above Selected Election.

● Only the Settings and Questions from an older ballot are copied. The voter list still needs to be imported.

To import a single voter to the ballot

· Click on Voters > Import

· Fill out any of the search fields

To import multiple voters to the ballot

· Click on Voters > Import > Search

· 50 voters are added at a time.

o Repeat the process to import more than 50 voters to the ballot.
