What are filters?
Filters allow voters to be segmented into groups.
Filters can also be used to restrict voters so they can only vote on specific ballots/questions within a ballot.

How to import voters to the ballot using filters?
Filters must be applied to the voter list before it is uploaded.
Each voter can be assigned up to two filters.
From the ballot, click on Voters > Import
Type in the filter title.
Click Search
Click on Import from Voters
50 voters are imported at a time.
Repeat steps 1-4 to add import any remaining voters.
