Before importing a single voter to a ballot, ensure that the voter has been added to the master voter list under All Voters.
Go to the Voters tab within the ballot.
Click on Import
Search for the voter with their email.
A voter’s username, first/last name can also be used to search for the voter.
Click on Import from Voters.
