You are charged a new amount for the adjusted reservation, and refunded for your original reservation when there is a change in your reservation details.

Depending on when you take a look at your credit card statement, it may look like we have charged our customers more than once. Please do not worry as this is not the case. Your first payment will always be refunded within several business days. 

If you have used a debit card or a prepaid card it may take up to 40 days for the refund to be reflected.
