If you need to keep your luggage stored for longer than your original reservation, you can extend it by changing your reservation details.
How to extend your reservation:
App (iOS/Android):
Go to the reservations tab → select your reservation → tap "Change reservation details" → update your check-out date and time.
Browser:
Log in → go to "Reservation management" from the menu → select your reservation → choose "Change reservation details".
Changes are free and your card will be charged the additional day(s) at the same daily rate. Your original payment will be refunded and a new charge will be applied for the updated total.
Important: Reservation changes must be made before your current check-out date. You cannot extend a reservation on the same day it was due to end. If you need help, contact support as early as possible.
