2. Find a nearby alternative
Search for other available stores near your location in the app or on the website and make a new reservation.
3. Contact ecbo cloak support
Let us know what happened and we will cancel your original reservation and process a full refund for you as quickly as possible. Please have your reservation details ready.
You will never be charged for a reservation where the store was unable to accept your luggage through no fault of your own.
