If a store staff member was rude, unhelpful, or behaved inappropriately, we want to know about it.

A description of what happened
Any photos, screenshots, or evidence if relevant
We take all reports of poor store conduct seriously. We will follow up with the store and, where behaviour falls below our standards, take appropriate action including warnings or removal from the platform.
Please note that disputes or altercations between users and store staff are between those parties. ecbo cloak cannot intervene directly in real-time situations at the store — if you feel unsafe, please contact local authorities.
