If your luggage was checked in correctly but the app or website still shows it as "not checked in", don't worry — this is usually a display or sync issue, not a problem with your actual reservation.
Steps to resolve:
Refresh the app or browser and check again after a few minutes
Log out and back into your account, then check your reservation status
Confirm with the store staff that check-in was completed on their end
If the status still doesn't update after 30 minutes, contact ecbo cloak support with your reservation ID and the store name. We can verify the status on our end and correct it if needed.
Note: Your luggage is still safe at the store regardless of what the app displays. The check-in photo taken by store staff serves as the official record of your stored luggage.
