Store partners on ecbo cloak have the right to refuse luggage that does not meet storage requirements. This is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service and is not grounds for a refund if the item falls under our prohibited or unsuitable items policy.
Stores may refuse luggage in the following situations:
The item is on our prohibited items list (cash, valuables, liquids, dangerous goods, animals, food, etc.)
The item is damaged, leaking, or poorly packaged and deemed unsuitable for storage
The item is too large or heavy for the store's available space
The store does not have the facilities required to store the item safely
Storing the item would violate laws or public order
What this means for you:
If your luggage is refused for any of the above reasons, please find an alternative store via the app. Contact ecbo cloak support with your reservation ID and we will assist with a cancellation and refund where appropriate.
Please note that if your item was refused because it is a prohibited item or does not meet storage conditions, ecbo cloak and the store are not liable for any inconvenience caused. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that items brought for storage comply with our terms before making a reservation.
