ecbo cloak is designed for storing your own personal belongings — bags, suitcases, sports equipment, and similar items you would normally carry with you.
As outlined in our Terms of Service (Article 1.13 and Article 5.1b), by making a reservation you confirm that:
The luggage you are storing belongs to you, or you have been given explicit permission by the owner to store it on their behalf
You have the right to deal with the items as required under the storage contract
Storing items that belong to someone else without their knowledge or consent is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in your reservation being cancelled and your account being suspended.
Storing luggage on behalf of a friend or family member is fine — as long as they have given you permission to do so. For example, checking in a friend's suitcase while they wait outside is perfectly acceptable.
