If you leave your luggage past your reservation end time, the store will continue to hold it — but additional charges will apply from the moment your reservation expires.
Here's how it works:
Days 1–5 after your reservation ends:
Your luggage stays at the store. You will be charged the standard daily rate for each additional day. Please retrieve your luggage as soon as possible.
After 5 days:
ecbo cloak will collect the luggage from the store and transfer it to our own storage facility. At this point, a new storage contract is formed between you and ecbo cloak. Additional charges apply — at twice the standard daily rate — covering collection, transport, and storage fees.
After 30 days in ecbo cloak's storage facility:
As outlined in our Terms of Service (Article 11.4), if luggage remains uncollected after 30 days in our facility, you agree that ecbo cloak may dispose of or discard the luggage without further notice or inspection of the contents. At this point, ownership of the items is considered forfeited.
