Your ecbo cloak account and login credentials are your responsibility. Please keep your email address and password secure and do not share them with others.
As stated in our Terms of Service (Article 4.1):
Any actions taken using your account — including reservations, cancellations, and payments — are considered to have been made by you, regardless of who actually performed them
If someone else uses your login and makes a reservation or incurs charges, you are responsible for those charges
You must not share, sell, lend, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
If you think your account has been accessed without your permission:
Contact ecbo cloak support immediately. We will suspend access to the compromised credentials and help you secure your account. Please note that ecbo cloak cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account use where the user's credentials were shared or insufficiently protected.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your ecbo cloak account and never share your login details — even with people you trust.
