Can You Ship Luggage Directly to a Store? (No — Here's Why)

Can I ship my luggage to a partner store ahead of time?

No. We do not accept luggage that is shipped or delivered to our partner stores. All luggage must be brought in person by the customer at the time of drop-off.

Why can't I ship my bags to the store?

Our partner stores are luggage storage locations — not shipping addresses or parcel receiving points. They are not set up to accept, hold, or manage deliveries on your behalf. Sending luggage directly to a store can cause confusion, delays, and in most cases, the package will be refused or returned.

What happens if I send my luggage to a store anyway?

We are not responsible for any luggage that is shipped or delivered to a partner store. This includes:

  • Packages that are refused or returned by the store

  • Lost or undelivered shipments

  • Any damage that occurs during transit or while awaiting pickup

  • Any costs incurred from failed delivery attempts

Our insurance and liability coverage only applies to luggage that is checked in directly by the customer at the store counter.

So how do I use the service?

It's simple — just show up! Here's how it works:

  1. Make a reservation through the ecbo cloak app or website

  2. Bring your luggage to the partner store yourself on the day of your booking

  3. Check in at the counter and hand your bags directly to the store staff

  4. Pick up your luggage when you're ready
